Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is simple. Browse our parts catalog, click on any items you wish to purchase, and add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click the "Checkout" button and you will be asked for details we need to fulfill your order.
We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the United States, your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your local currency.
Battery and Core Charges
Due to shipping regulations, batteries are shipped dry (no acid included). Core charges may be applied to engine assemblies, crankshafts, and cylinders. Any applicable core charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Refund and Return Policy
Non-Returnable Items:
- Electrical parts
- Decals
- Marks
- Emblems
All other returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be in original packaging and must have a return authorization number. To initiate a return, please contact us at websupport@midwestsportscenter.com.
Oversized boxes may incur additional shipping costs. We will contact you if a shipment cost has changed from the original estimate.
Order and Cancellation Policy
Please be sure you want an item before ordering it. In the event that you need to cancel your order or change an item after your order has been placed, please be aware that some items must be ordered from our distributors. Once your item has been processed and shipped to us from the manufacturer or distributor, cancellation may not be possible. Cancellation of an item or order at this point will be subject to our return policy above.
Post-order size changes will be subject to appropriate exchange fees. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing checkout.
Delivery Schedule
We process your order promptly. We will normally send your order to you within the time frame specified for each item as you place it in your cart. For Will Call orders, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup at our location.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will be notified via email within 1-2 business days if your item is back ordered. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Price Changes
Prices are subject to change due to interchanged part numbers. In the event that this happens, we will contact you prior to shipping. Oversized boxes will cost more to ship, and we will notify you of any additional charges.
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price increase, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Tax Charges
For orders made from within the United States, sales tax will be applied to all in-state orders as required by law. All other orders are tax-free.
Credit Card Security
We take credit card security seriously. All credit card numbers are encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit encryption when your order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our secure payment processing system. Credit card information is never stored in clear text on our website.
We use Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, to handle all credit card transactions securely.
Important Notice for Freight Orders
Please inspect your shipment for damage prior to signing for it.
If there is noticeable damage to the box, please inspect the part(s) for damage as well. In the event that your part(s) is/are damaged, it is important that you refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. By signing for the shipment, you are agreeing that it was delivered in good condition, and therefore no damage claim can be filed with the carrier.
Once the shipment is signed for, you are liable for any damage to the parts, so please be sure that your shipment has arrived in good condition prior to signing for it.
If your delivery is being shipped to a commercial address, please ensure that any employee who could sign for it knows this information and either contacts you when the shipment arrives or inspects it for damage before signing any paperwork.
Lift Gate Note: If you require a lift gate for delivery, the customer is responsible for the charges. These charges start at $90.00 USD from FedEx, and you will receive a bill in the mail from FedEx after using this option.
